Come join your school band! Learning a musical instrument and being part of the school band can be such an important part of your child’s overall education. It is well known and widely recognized that the arts contribute significantly to children’s intellectual development. The M.U.S.E Instrumental Band Program has been offering quality instruction for over 20 years and is currently in 25 schools in the Portland area. Classes are conducted at school for grades 4-8.
To help insure the success of your child’s musical experience, M.U.S.E has created the “Jump Start” Program for new students. By registering now, you will be invited to attend any one of several “New Parent” information meetings before school starts in the fall. Students can try out instruments at these meetings and instruments will be available to rent. We will also offer an introductory class at no cost in August. To pre-register, fill out this form.
